Down in Devon we used to reckon that Sept/Oct was the best time for swimming because the water was warm but the tourists had mostly gone home. There are some really nice sandy beaches not far away…

I LOVED Pembroke. Lovedlovedlovedloved. It's so...castle-y. Lots of ups and downs and stairs and towers, and that's just the gatehouse.
